MISSION STATEMENT
"teach how to fish rather than feed fish to the hungry, in the hope of reducing the number of undesirable elements on the streets".
OBJECTS OF THE TRUST:
Talent-in-You is a charitable trust founded in 2014.

To formulate a plan with assistance of technically qualified persons to locate and identify inherent talent and capabilities among children who are from economically weaker/ less privileged sections of society and drop-outs at various levels of education and assist them to effectuate such inherent talent and capability and become self-reliant.

To mobilize funds to support and encourage all such persons to cultivate inherent talent and ability.

To set up appropriate institutions to provide training facilities and financial support where necessary to such children.

To facilitate self employment and where possible placement to achieve financial security to such individuals.

To propagate, organize appropriate events and create awareness among general public that every individual human being would harbor some unique talent usefully to society at large and the imperative need to work towards such objectives.

Arnaldo's passion is to help children find their natural talent. After decades of working as a Geologist and later as Field-Training Champion in the Oil-fields around the world, he has a wealth of experience in training personnel and designing training programs. Being passionate about psychology, he founded the Talent-In-You charitable trust that works with children failed by the education system, to rise and shine.
Nizia Moniz Barbosa do Carmo Lobo

Nizia has moulded the minds of young women during her teaching career spanning a total of 34 years teaching English and Portuguese at Carmel College for Women , Nuvem , Goa. She swears by hard work, truth and integrity as stepping stones to a life of true fulfilment.
Anish Viriato Albuquerque
Trustee - Talent-in-You
Anish is a Finance Professional with 17 years’ experience in the field of Financial Planning, Wealth Management. Has played an active Role in various Associations and in Social Causes. Born in Goa and intending to spend the rest of his Life in Goa he intends to give back and serve Society. He conducts Financial Literacy and Career guidance programs in various Schools and Colleges to encourage students to be free thinking and excel in fields which their interest lies.
Tallulah D'Silva
Outdoor Educator, Mentor
Tallulah is out on the field with children every other day. Nature is her classroom. Over the years, she has conducted innumerable outdoor experiences for students of all ages. She is an acclaimed architect dedicated to sustainable building. She is also a writer and lends her time to various social causes.
Nora Fernandes
Trustee - Talent-in-You
Nora has been volunteering for children's causes since she was in school. As she grew older she began to undertake developmental projects on a larger scale such as efforts to ameliorate the position of the children of commercial sex workers in Asia’s largest red light area. When the Compulsory Education Act, 2009 was enacted, she persuaded village elders to send the children to school. As a lawyer, she strongly feels that effective use of law is the most positive method of enforcing the basic rights of people.

Vishal Rawlley
Educator, Mentor
Vishal likes being with children and being child like. He is a maker of things, from boats to robots and tree houses to floating gardens. He is trained as filmmaker and graphic designer. As a passionate teacher he inspires joy for maths, love for language, a reverence for art and dedication towards nature.
